The Opportunity We are seeking a reliable Infrastructure Labourer to support major coastal and maritime infrastructure operations on the Gold Coast. This ongoing assignment offers a 6-month work guarantee upfront, minimum 36.25 hours per week, excellent penalty rates, and a genuine route to permanent employment for top performers.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Assisting with coastal infrastructure operations, sand management, plant, and jetty maintenance.

• Supporting mechanical maintenance, pump operation, and troubleshooting across large pumping or fluid systems.

• Carrying out site safety compliance tasks, including Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments.

• General hands-on labouring, including ladder work, site setup, vehicle spotting, and facility repairs.

• Operating machinery, conducting forklift movements, and supporting rigging or EWP operations (if ticketed).

What You Need:

• Safety Ticket: Construction Industry White Card.

• Fitness: Physical fitness for active outdoor labour and willingness to pass a pre-employment physical assessment.

• Work Rights: Full Australian Working Rights.

• Highly Regarded: Mechanical engineering trade cert, pump/mechanical systems maintenance experience (e.g. water treatment/sand bypass), or LF / Rigging / EWP tickets.
